Lori Nero Ghosal, Ed.D - Founder and CEO
Lori Nero Ghosal is the Founder and CEO of INNER QUEST COACHING, a professional executive, leadership and career coaching practice.
As an ICF certified coach at the PCC level, Lori has over 10 years’ experience coaching professionals from individual contributors to executives in a variety of industries including corporate, non-profit, entrepreneurial, and higher education. She supports and challenges them to identify and grow their talents, relate well, communicate effectively and collaboratively, and use positive leadership strategies to inspire their teams.
With a strong background in adult education and positive psychology, Lori focuses on human development as a means of professional development. Utilizing a developmental approach, she facilitates the client’s deep understanding of the self in 4 foundational areas: work and life values, self- and other-awareness, personal and professional goals, and skills and abilities. Challenging each employee to maximize their individual competencies, strengthen their interpersonal communication skills, and encourage deeper self and other awareness, she provides opportunity for transformational self-understanding and interpersonal growth that positively impacts the individual employee, the team, and the organization as a whole.
Lori has a doctorate in Educational Leadership, Policy and Human Development from North Carolina State University. Her multifaceted career includes coaching professionals in their personal and career growth, coaching and program development in higher education, product development and project management in private industry.
